Practices are held Monday & Wensday evenings from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Most Fridayss we have local races, with registration beginning at 5:30 pm. and racing begining at 6:30 p.m.

BMX Dictionary

Tabletop
tabletopA tabeltop is the simplest jump. It is composed of a lip and a landing that sits flush with the middle of the jump.
Double
doubleA double is similar to a tabletop in that it has a take off and a landing. These however are raised above the middle of the jump creating lips.
Triple
tripleTriples are similar to doubles but have an additonal lip in the middle. The one pictured is not hte best example as the lips are very worn down and it also has a step-down.
Step-up
step-upA step-up is like a double in that it usaully, but not always has two lips. The differance is that the second lip is higher than the first. If it is the reverse with the first being higher than the second it is considered a step-down.
Rhythm
rhythmThe rhythem section is a series of small hills that are placed closely together.
Berm
bermA banked turn that connects two straights and allows for passing.
Dogleg turn
doglegA slight turn that bends a straight.
